It was hip new and clean hotel, exactly as described, with exceptional staff and perfect location right off the beach. The food was outstanding - plenty of options.

Staff and service here were exceptional! The staff did all they can for a pleasant overnight stay. Extra large beds, terrace, it's own balcony and tea, coffee were a nice touch. The pool was very clean and the garden - lovely.
Pretty average views.

hotel was hospitable, i appreciated it. solid breakfast and approaching staff for perfect stay. warm enough and warm enough room. the service at this main touristic venue was attentive. the beach was scenic.

Very good place for a short stay. Isolated location with decent service and helpful enough staff. The continental breakfast was generous, included: coffee, cereal, eggs, cheese and toast. I liked a very bright decor and nice furniture. The roof top bar was relaxing and the drinks were alcoholic.

Nothing to complain about, we would definitely go back when in Puerto Vallarta. Perfect location and food, everything was very clean. We found a private safe, air conditioning and a work desk in the standard room.
